Vasco Ceccon, born in Venice, Italy, is the President of Vasco Design International Inc., which he founded in 1969. He holds a degree from Studio 5316 and the Institut des Arts graphiques de Montréal, along with additional studies in Design Management and Administration at HEC Montréal. His professional expertise lies in consulting and ideation in graphic design, as well as marketing communication.

Thanks to his ability to rapidly grasp business challenges and develop innovative communication tools, Vasco offers creative and impactful solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. A versatile communicator and passionate entrepreneur, he embraces challenges that redefine brand presence and image.

Vasco’s contributions to the advancement of graphic design have earned him numerous prestigious awards and recognitions, including the CITATION Award from Design Canada. He has also received the Governor General’s Insignia Medal of Canada, the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal of Quebec, and a distinction from UNESCO. Jean-Marc Léger is an economist and entrepreneur who co-founded Léger in 1986 with his father, Marcel Léger. Under his leadership, Léger has grown into Canada’s largest market research and analytics firm, with over 600 professionals across eight offices in Canada and the U.S.

Jean-Marc also founded WIN (Worldwide Independent Network), a global alliance of market research firms in 75 countries, and served as its president from 2010 to 2016. A recognized expert on consumer behavior and millennials, he authored the bestselling The Quebec Code and produced its television series and podcast.

He has held leadership roles at UQAM, the Publicité-Club de Montréal, and the CCMM, and has advised leaders in Quebec, Canada, and abroad, notably in France, Gabon, and Morocco.

For over 25 years, he was instrumental in the growth of Gestion Cristallin, earning recognition as a leading figure in Quebec’s asset management community.

Claude founded FIAM as part of his legacy, leveraging over 15 years of experience organizing impactful industry events. Through FIAM, he advances innovation at the crossroads of data science, AI/ML, and finance.

Julien Farre is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Kimmik Capital, a European credit asset management firm. From 2012 to 2023, he served as Senior Analyst, Managing Director, and Partner at Angelo Gordon Europe, where he played a pivotal role in the European Distressed and Special Situations team. Promoted to Managing Director in 2014 and Partner in 2016, Julien led significant transactions and served on the Boards of Saur, Fransbonhomme, Deoleo, Technicolor Creative Studios, and Vantiva.

Prior to Angelo Gordon, Julien was an Executive Director in the Bank Loans Distressed Investing team at Goldman Sachs. His earlier experience includes roles at Bain & Co as an Associate and Credit Suisse First Boston as an Analyst.

A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the Wharton School, Julien contributes his deep knowledge of credit markets and strategic leadership to FINAIX, helping to shape its innovative approach to asset management.
